Banyan Tree Dubai

Bluewater island/JBR Resort

This was my fourth visit to Dubai this year, and it continues to impress me. While I typically stay in Dubai Marina, this time I chose to experience Bluewater Island by staying at the Banyan Tree. Located just a 10-minute walk from JBR, it felt like a world apart. Waking up to the sounds of waves and birds provided a genuine island ambiance, yet dining at Cleo's Table Restaurant with views of the Dubai skyline brought me back to the city. The experience of watching the drone show from the restaurant was truly spectacular.

The resort offers three distinct pools and a beachfront area, allowing ample choice and space. Despite high occupancy, the spacious layout of the Caesar Palace ensures it never feels crowded, with no need to compete for sunbeds—a definite advantage. The lush palm trees and meticulously maintained green areas enhance the overall serene environment, making walks around the complex particularly enjoyable.

I also valued the variety of dining options available within the hotel, as well as the diverse cafés and restaurants on Bluewater Island and JBR. Whether you’re in the mood for different cuisines or shopping, there is something to suit every taste.
