Boutique Hotel by the Beach in Athens

When I think of Athens, shopping, sightseeing, and nightlife usually come to mind, but not so much the beaches. However, just 45 minutes south of the city center, you’ll find some beautiful coastal spots.

During my stay, I checked into the Azur Boutique Hotel, a brand new (2018) luxury hotel located in the elegant area of Vouliagmeni. This modern and chic hotel is easily accessible from the city center, airport, and harbor. I particularly enjoyed the tasteful furnishings throughout the hotel. Additionally, it's only 200 meters away from two of the best beaches in Athens: Vouliagmeni Beach and Okeanida Beach. Both beaches are stunning, with crystal-clear waters, offering a perfect beach getaway close to the city.
